Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Civil Engineering Planning at LIST Ingenieure, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading a specialized planning department. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the professional and organizational management of the team, including capacity planning, quality assurance, and the standardization of planning processes from acquisition to site execution. You will act as a mentor and motivator, fostering an interdisciplinary exchange between architecture, technical building equipment, and structural planning. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering (focus on Civil Engineering), Landscape Architecture, or a technical vocational training with additional specialized qualifications.

Experience

At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of civil engineering or landscape architecture
Previous leadership experience or a strong motivation to transition into a management role
Professional experience in interdisciplinary project coordination and quality assurance
