Job Summary

As a Specialist Planner for Tendering and Procurement within the LIST Group, you will play a critical role in the engineering phase of large-scale construction projects across Germany. Your daily responsibilities involve the detailed preparation of tenders for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary (HVAC) as well as electrical systems. You will support the entire procurement process by performing quantity take-offs, developing templates, and conducting rigorous cost calculations and controls. Working within a modern, BIM-oriented environment, you will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary project teams to ensure high-quality building standards. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training or a university degree in Technical Building Equipment (TGA), Supply Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Professional experience in the tendering and procurement of HVAC and/or electrical services
Proven experience working with AVA (Tendering, Awarding, Accounting) programs, preferably RIB iTWO
Experience in mass determination and the development of tender templates
Demonstrated experience in cost estimation and cost control within construction projects
