Job Summary

As an SAP EAM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital foundation for future-oriented grid construction and maintenance management within the energy sector. Based in one of several major German cities, your day-to-day responsibilities involve developing advanced IT solutions using SAP S/4HANA, specifically focusing on the integration of SAP EAM (PM) and CS modules. You will act as a bridge between business departments and technical implementation, conceptualizing new approaches, defining business processes, and providing high-level technical support. This role is particularly attractive for those looking to contribute directly to the energy transition (Energiewende) while working in an agile environment with flexible work-life balance options, including 'workation' possibilities. Please note this is a fixed-term position until December 31, 2027, as part of a parental leave cover.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

Professional experience in SAP EAM/PM and interface technologies such as AIF
Proven track record in developing solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments
Experience in conceptualizing and designing IT solutions based on business requirements
Experience in or willingness to learn ABAP development and oData services
Professional background in coordinating complex stakeholder requirements
