As an AI Transformation Manager for the District Office in Waiblingen, you will spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within public administration. Your daily responsibilities involve developing and steering the district's AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases across various departments, and leading implementation projects from a technical and organizational perspective. You will act as a bridge between technology and administration, advising departments on process optimization, conducting training sessions, and monitoring legal and market developments. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in Digital Administrative Management, Public Management, Business Administration (IT focus), Administrative Informatics, or Business Informatics. Alternatively, vocational training as an Administrative Specialist or IT Specialist for System Integration with completed Advanced Administrative Course II (Angestelltenlehrgang II).

Experience

  • Professional experience in AI or RPA implementation and digital transformation
  • Experience in project management and leading technical/organizational introduction projects
  • Several years of professional experience in the specified field of activity if applying via the vocational training route
  • Proven experience in change management and process optimization
  • Experience in moderating workshops and presenting to committees or stakeholders
