Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of IT infrastructure at the client's location, specifically supporting the German Aerospace Center (DLR). Your daily activities will involve installing and configuring client hardware, performing rollouts, and conducting technical functional tests. You will act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting Windows client environments, managing service requests, and maintaining asset data and ticket documentation. Additionally, you will support network projects by installing or expanding network components and resolving hardware and software issues for peripherals like printers and scanners.
