This role supports the Personnel Office in Senftenberg by managing personnel development and departmental budgeting. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating personnel development concepts, conducting gap analyses between staffing levels and future requirements, and managing internal communications via the intranet. On the financial side, you will be responsible for budget planning, monitoring expenditures, and coordinating with the treasury and auditing offices. You will also oversee personnel cost reimbursements and administrative agreements for the Job Center. Required Skills

Education
