Job Summary
This role supports the Human Resources Office in Senftenberg, focusing on the strategic planning and implementation of administrative modernization. You will be responsible for job evaluations, creating job descriptions, and conducting organizational analyses to improve efficiency within the district administration. Day-to-day tasks include process analysis, structural audits, and advising management on organizational development. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in public administration who enjoys conceptual thinking and problem-solving. The role offers a competitive salary under the TVöD (VKA) framework, flexible working hours (Glaitzeit), and options for mobile work. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Public Administration (Verwaltungsfachwirt, Angestelltenlehrgang II, or Verwaltungs-Betriebswirt VWA), qualification for high-level non-technical administrative service, or a comparable university degree.
Experience
- Professional experience in organizational management or project management within a public administration context
- Experience in job evaluation and creating functional job descriptions
