As an IT Systems Analyst at the Service Center for Rural Development and Agricultural Promotion (SLA), you will play a pivotal role in designing innovative IT solutions for the Lower Saxony agricultural administration. Your daily responsibilities include conducting requirements analyses, modeling business processes, and developing functional concepts to enhance or expand software applications. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders, developers, and users, providing essential support, training, and product documentation. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in (Administrative or Business) Informatics, Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, or a related technical/scientific field of study; alternatively, qualification for the first entry office of career group 2 in the German public service.

Experience

  • Professional experience in requirements analysis and management is preferred
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies is an advantage
  • Practical experience using Jira and Confluence tools is beneficial
  • Experience in test management or a willingness to quickly learn these processes
