As a Media Technician or IT Systems Electronician, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and 2nd-level troubleshooting of complex AV systems. You will work closely with external service providers to manage incident tickets and escalations while providing direct technical support for high-profile events, hybrid meetings, and streaming setups. A key part of the role includes advising users on media technology and maintaining detailed documentation of systems and processes.
