As a Facility Manager / Building Technician, you will be responsible for the seamless operation of technical systems within a large property portfolio. Your day-to-day activities involve monitoring HVAC, heating, ventilation, and fire protection systems (sprinklers, smoke extraction, and fire alarms), as well as performing immediate technical repairs and troubleshooting. You will act as a key point of contact for external contractors, overseeing their work and ensuring maintenance schedules are strictly followed. The role also includes managing media technology and preparing meeting rooms. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in a technical or manual craft trade (e.g., Electrician, HVAC Technician, or similar).

Experience

  • Professional experience in the technical management of large-scale properties is preferred
  • Experience in monitoring and maintaining technical building systems (HVAC, fire safety)
  • Proven track record in performing manual repairs and technical troubleshooting
  • Experience in supervising external service providers and craft firms
  • Professional experience in maintenance planning and documentation
