Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position involves the comprehensive technical management of a large-scale property. As a Facility Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring critical building systems such as sprinkler, ventilation, heating, and fire alarm systems. You will be the primary point of contact for handling repair requests, troubleshooting technical faults, and performing minor repairs yourself. A significant portion of the role involves coordinating and supervising external contractors and experts for inspections and maintenance work. Additionally, you will manage maintenance schedules, oversee media technology, and prepare meeting rooms. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a technical background who enjoys a mix of hands-on mechanical work and administrative oversight. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a technical or craft-related field (e.g., Electrician, HVAC Technician, or similar).
Experience
- Professional experience in the technical management of large-scale properties is preferred
- Proven experience in monitoring and maintaining technical building systems (heating, ventilation, fire safety)
- Experience in supervising external service providers and craft firms
- Practical experience in performing minor technical repairs and emergency assistance
