Job Summary
This role acts as a vital link between Human Resources and Information Technology for the Caritas Association Frankfurt. You will be responsible for the seamless operation and administration of HR software solutions, specifically P&I LOGA and Vivendi PEP. Day-to-day duties involve managing time tracking systems, ensuring data quality, and acting as a technical interface to financial accounting. You will lead the rollout of new software modules, handle change requests, and communicate directly with system providers. A significant part of the role involves HR controlling, where you will identify steering data and build dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-makers. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys both technical system administration and data analysis. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Information Technology (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in information technology or system integration
- Mandatory technical expertise in P&I LOGA systems
- Experience in HR administration, payroll, or personnel support is highly advantageous
- Proven experience in managing IT interfaces and software implementation projects
- Professional background in data evaluation and reporting for management
