Job Summary

This role sits within the Central Human Resources Management department of Caritas Frankfurt, a major social welfare organization with over 1,800 employees. As an HR Systems Administrator and Controller, you will be the technical backbone of the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation and strategic development of HR software solutions. Your daily responsibilities include the full administration of P&I LOGA and Vivendi PEP systems, managing interfaces between HR and financial accounting, and overseeing time tracking modules. Beyond technical maintenance, you will play a critical role in HR Controlling by identifying key steering data, maintaining data quality, and building dashboards to support executive decision-making. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys a mix of IT system integration, data analysis, and internal consulting.
