As a Senior Technical Specialist in Organic Analytics at DB Engineering & Consulting, you will play a vital role in an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited testing laboratory. Your daily responsibilities include preparing solid, eluate, and water samples for chemical analysis and operating sophisticated analytical equipment. You will be responsible for performing independent maintenance on lab devices and utilizing Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) to manage data. Beyond routine testing, you will support the development and establishment of new analytical methods and contribute to quality assurance measures. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Laboratory Technician, Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA), Biological-Technical Assistant (BTA), Medical-Technical Assistant (MTA), or a comparable technical field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a laboratory or industrial environment, specifically in chemical analytics
- Professional experience in sample preparation for solids, eluates, and water
- Demonstrated experience in operating and maintaining analytical laboratory equipment
- Professional experience working within an accredited laboratory framework (ISO/IEC 17025)
- Experience in method development and establishment is preferred
