Job Summary

As a Service Technician for a world-leading pump manufacturer in Wahlstedt, you will play a critical role in technical support and product maintenance. Your daily responsibilities include performing technical analyses of customer complaints, conducting repairs and assembly based on parts lists, and documenting findings using SAP and specialized product software. You will be responsible for warranty analyses, early-warning product evaluations, and providing workshop training for customers. This role is highly dynamic, involving project support and the creation of detailed service reports and inspection protocols.
