Job Summary

This role involves working as a Service Technician for a globally leading pump manufacturer in Wahlstedt, focusing on technical analysis, repair, and customer support. Day-to-day tasks include performing technical analysis of customer complaints, executing repairs and assembly based on parts lists, and generating decision-making documentation for clients. The technician will also conduct warranty analyses, analyze early-warning products, and lead workshop and customer training sessions. Key qualifications include a completed technical vocational training, preferably as a Mechatronics Technician or Electronics Technician, coupled with relevant professional experience. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP and English are required, along with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
