Job Summary
This leadership role involves overseeing the electrical and HVAC (Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning) departments for one of Germany's largest Chambers of Skilled Crafts. You will be responsible for the strategic development of the technical departments, including staff recruitment, resource management, and the optimization of procurement and investment processes. A significant part of the role focuses on the innovation of educational offerings and services, ensuring that training programs keep pace with modern technologies. You will act as a key liaison for vocational schools and examination boards while providing advisory support for property management. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Energy and Building Technology, or a comparable qualification such as a Master Craftsman (Meister) certificate.
