As the Head of Building Services Engineering at one of Germany's largest Chambers of Skilled Crafts, you will lead and strategically develop the Electrical and HVAC (SHK) departments. Your daily responsibilities include managing personnel recruitment and development, overseeing procurement processes, and coordinating investments for modern technical facilities. You will be instrumental in designing and updating educational programs and services, ensuring they align with current technological trends. A significant portion of the role involves networking with guilds and professional associations, as well as collaborating with vocational schools and examination boards. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Energy and Building Technology or a comparable qualification, such as a Master Craftsman (Meistertitel) certificate.
