Job Summary
As a Grants Administration Officer for the 'Welcome to Brandenburg' project within the Migration Office, you will play a critical role in managing and accounting for public funds. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the timely submission of financial statements, monitoring personnel and material costs, and ensuring compliance with EU funding regulations (ANBest-EU 21). You will act as a key liaison with the Investment Bank of the State of Brandenburg, managing documentation through digital funding portals and coordinating with the central procurement office for tenders. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys administrative precision and financial oversight. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Public Administration Specialist, Tax Assistant, Office Management Specialist, or a comparable commercial qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in administrative or commercial roles
- Experience in managing and accounting for grants or subsidies
- Experience with public procurement and tender processes is desirable
- Experience in financial reporting and cost monitoring
- Experience working with digital data exchange systems or funding portals
