Job Summary
As a Chemical Technical Assistant in the Emission Vehicle and Assembly team, you will be at the heart of the laboratory operations in Heimsheim (moving from Stuttgart). Your primary responsibility involves the meticulous planning, preparation, and execution of emission tests for both individual automotive components and complete vehicles. You will be responsible for documenting measurement data, maintaining analytical equipment, and ensuring quality assurance through rigorous monitoring of testing tools. Additionally, you will manage sample logistics, including acceptance, registration, and archiving. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a high-quality laboratory environment within the automotive validation sector. The position offers an attractive package including 38 days of annual leave, flexible working hours without core times, and a permanent contract in a future-oriented industry.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), Chemistry Laboratory Technician, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA) or Chemistry Laboratory Technician
- Experience in planning and conducting component and vehicle emission tests
- Proven track record in documenting measurement data and test results
- Experience in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory analytical equipment
- Background in quality assurance and monitoring of testing equipment
