Job Summary

As a Justice Digitalization Consultant at ]init[, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of the German legal system. You will work on high-impact projects ranging from improving data exchange between courts and authorities to implementing e-justice infrastructures and machine-readable legal norms. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing judicial workflows, developing digital solutions for efficient court processes, and identifying new digitalization potentials within ministries and public institutions. You will bridge the gap between legal practice and technology by translating complex judicial requirements into functional digital concepts. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Law (Jurist), qualification as a Judicial Officer (Rechtspfleger), or training as a Legal Assistant (Justizfachangestellter) or comparable judicial expertise.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as a Judicial Officer (Rechtspfleger), Lawyer, Legal Assistant, or a comparable role within the judicial administration or courts
  • Professional experience with e-justice applications, digital procedures, or IT systems within the judiciary
  • Experience in digitalization projects or the implementation of new IT systems in a legal context is highly preferred
  • Professional experience in process analysis and developing digital solutions for administrative workflows
