As a Consultant for Justice Digitization, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of German courts and judicial administrations. You will work within the 'Legal Tech & Better Regulation' team to design and implement innovative eJustice solutions, such as electronic files (eAkte) and machine-readable legal norms. Your day-to-day involves analyzing judicial processes, developing digital concepts for efficient workflows, and acting as a subject matter expert for ministries and public authorities. You will bridge the gap between traditional legal practice and modern technology by identifying digitization potential and supporting knowledge transfer within interdisciplinary teams. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Law (Jurist), Judicial Clerk qualification (Diplom-Rechtspfleger), or equivalent qualification as a Legal Assistant/Justice Expert.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as a Judicial Clerk (Rechtspfleger), Lawyer, or Legal Assistant within the judicial administration or court system
  • Professional experience with eJustice applications, digital procedures, or IT systems in a legal context
  • Experience in analyzing judicial processes and developing digital solutions for efficient workflows
  • Proven experience in workshops, presentations, and coordination meetings with public authorities
  • Experience in digitization projects or the implementation of new IT systems in the justice sector is highly preferred
