As a Legal Tech and Digitalization Expert, you will bridge the gap between traditional legal practice and modern technology by working on high-impact projects such as eJustice infrastructure, electronic case files (eAkte), and machine-readable legal norms. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing judicial processes, developing digital solutions for courts and ministries, and identifying new digitalization potentials. You will act as a subject matter expert, supporting project teams in requirement engineering, process modeling, and the implementation of innovative IT systems. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Law (Jurist), qualification as a Judicial Officer (Diplom-Rechtspfleger), or completed vocational training as a Judicial Assistant (Justizfachangestellter).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as a Judicial Officer (Rechtspfleger), Lawyer, or Judicial Assistant within the justice administration or court system
  • Proven experience with eJustice applications, digital legal proceedings, or judicial IT systems
  • Experience in participating in digitalization projects or the implementation of new IT systems within a legal context
  • Professional experience in analyzing judicial processes and administrative workflows
  • Experience in conducting workshops and professional presentations for public authorities
