As a Senior Legal Tech Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of the German judicial system. Working within the 'Legal Tech & Better Regulation' team, you will act as a subject matter expert, bridging the gap between traditional legal practice and modern digital solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing judicial processes, developing concepts for eJustice infrastructure, and managing the implementation of digital court records and data exchange standards. You will proactively engage with ministries and judicial authorities to identify digitalization potential and design efficient digital workflows. This role is ideal for legal professionals (Rechtspfleger or Jurists) who want to apply their practical court experience to innovative IT projects. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Law (Jurist), qualification as a Judicial Officer (Rechtspfleger), or equivalent judicial administration certification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as a Judicial Officer (Rechtspfleger), Lawyer, or Judicial Assistant within the court system or justice administration
  • Proven experience with eJustice applications, digital judicial procedures, or specialized IT systems in the justice sector
  • Professional experience in requirements analysis and functional design for digital projects
  • Experience in conducting workshops and presentations for public authorities and ministries
