Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive onsite IT support within industrial and office environments for a well-established IT systems house. As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of client hardware and peripherals, including setup, replacement, and decommissioning. Your daily tasks will involve processing incident and IMAC tickets, performing error analysis, and providing both onsite and remote support for Windows-based systems. You will also coordinate manufacturer warranty claims and serve as a 2nd-level support contact for the central IT helpdesk. This position is particularly attractive due to its permanent contract, above-tariff salary with bonus payments, and the opportunity for professional development even if you do not meet every single requirement initially. The role offers a stable 40-hour work week with standard service hours from Monday to Friday.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field or comparable professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in an IT service or onsite support role
  • Experience with standard IT hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Experience working within a structured ticket system environment
  • Proven track record in customer-facing service and communication
