Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive onsite IT support within industrial and office environments for a well-established IT system house. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and decommissioning of Windows-based client hardware and peripherals. You will act as a critical point of contact for technical issues, handling incident and IMAC tickets, performing error analysis, and coordinating manufacturer warranty claims. Additionally, you will provide 2nd-level support for the central IT helpdesk and manage documentation via a ticketing system. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Experience working within a structured ticketing system and helpdesk environment
