As a Senior Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in safeguarding high-impact energy projects by identifying risks and opportunities throughout their entire lifecycle. Your daily activities will involve facilitating risk workshops, reviewing project dashboards, and collaborating with engineering and commercial teams to translate insights into actionable strategies integrated into budgets and schedules. You will be responsible for consolidating project risks at the portfolio level to detect systemic trends and provide transparent, fact-based communication to senior stakeholders. This role is highly collaborative, focusing on building organizational risk maturity through coaching and lessons-learned processes. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Industrial Engineering or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in identifying, assessing, and managing risks and opportunities
  • Experience integrating risk management into governance routines, schedules, and budgets
  • Experience in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration
