Job Summary
The Stadttheater und Musikdirektion Aachen is seeking a dedicated professional to manage its IT infrastructure and data protection compliance. In this role, you will lead IT development projects, manage user administration, and serve as the primary point of contact for information security and data privacy. You will be responsible for the administrative support of hardware and software systems while coordinating with external service providers and municipal IT management. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a service-oriented approach within a creative environment, supporting various departments of a multi-genre theater. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor or Diploma) in Computer Science or a related field; alternatively, a completed vocational training (e.g., Electronics Technician for Information and System Technology, IT System Management Assistant, or IT Specialist) with equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in the practical handling of workplace hardware and Windows operating systems
- Experience in coordinating with external IT service providers
- Professional experience in IT administration and standard software products
- Experience in leading IT development projects or supporting organizational change processes
- Experience in data protection and information security management

- This is a part-time position (30 hours per week). Candidates must demonstrate high levels of responsibility and solution-oriented thinking. The role involves working within the public service pay scale (EG 10 TVöD / A 11 LBesO A NRW).
