Job Summary

This role involves leading the digital transformation for the municipal services department of the state capital Schwerin. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, introduction, and management of specialized software modules and mobile applications across various departments including waste management and public green spaces. Day-to-day tasks include implementing digitalization processes for the Online Access Act (OZG), managing IT security coordination, and overseeing data organization. You will act as a bridge between technical departments, managing user rights, providing software training, and creating custom reports. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor or Diploma) in Administrative Informatics, IT, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Knowledge of relevant legal and administrative regulations
