Job Summary

As a Senior AI Engineer at BMW's Autonomous Driving Campus, you will lead the development and industrialization of end-to-end machine learning algorithms for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). Your primary focus will be designing human-like driving behaviors using reinforcement learning and hybrid data-driven approaches. Day-to-day, you will execute full training and evaluation cycles, from data selection and scene analysis to error diagnosis and validation across global markets. You will also work on advancing explainability and context modeling for future voice-based interactions.
