As the Deputy Head of Customer Service and Service Dispatch, you will play a pivotal role in managing the technical pulse of the R+S Group. Your daily responsibilities will involve the independent handling of customer inquiries, strategic planning and organization of technician deployments, and managing weekly maintenance schedules. You will oversee the entire service lifecycle, from material preparation and documentation management to ensuring smooth billing and calculation processes. This leadership position is ideal for someone who can drive process optimizations while maintaining high service standards. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Proven experience in organizing and planning technical field assignments
  • Professional experience in administrative service processes including invoicing and dunning
