This role involves managing the operational and administrative aspects of a technical service department. On a day-to-day basis, you will handle customer inquiries via phone and email, organize and schedule technician deployments at customer sites, and manage weekly maintenance planning. You will be responsible for preparing service orders, managing documentation, and overseeing the billing process, including calculations and dunning. Beyond administrative tasks, you will identify and implement process optimization measures. This position is ideal for a technical professional with a background in electrical engineering who possesses strong organizational skills and initial leadership experience.
