Job Summary

As a Data Analyst specializing in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for naval vessels, you will play a critical role in ensuring the long-term operational readiness of complex maritime systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve collecting and analyzing technical and logistical data across the entire lifecycle of naval platforms, from design to maintenance. You will perform logistic system analyses to determine reliability, maintenance strategies, and life cycle costs (LCC). By building and refining data models and evaluation tools, you will identify optimization potential in logistics processes and collaborate closely with engineering and project teams. This position is particularly attractive due to its 35-hour work week, mobile working options, and the opportunity to work on high-tech maritime projects in Hamburg or Bremen. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical degree (e.g., Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a comparable field of study).

Experience

  • Professional experience in data analysis, data modeling, and evaluation
  • Experience with failure analysis (FMECA) or reliability and availability calculations using Reliability Block Diagrams is desirable
  • Experience with life cycle assessments of technical systems (e.g., using OPUS Suite) is preferred
  • Experience in the technical operation of naval vessels is an advantage
  • Initial experience with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or technical logistics processes
