Job Summary
This role involves leading the IT and Digitalization department for a city administration of approximately 16,000 residents in the Rhine-Neckar region. As the internal service provider, you will oversee IT services for all administrative staff, external municipal offices, and local schools. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the IT organization, infrastructure, and security systems in collaboration with external partners and your internal team. You will drive conceptual project work, support staff development, and spearhead the digitalization of administrative processes. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys a mix of technical oversight and strategic planning. Required Skills
Education
