Job Summary
As the Head of Hardware Sustaining Engineering at Loxone, you will lead a dedicated group responsible for the long-term stability and future-proofing of existing electronic product series. Your day-to-day involves managing the entire product lifecycle, from steering redesigns and component discontinuations to defining central standard circuits that serve as the foundation for future hardware generations. You will act as a technical authority, ensuring that field issues are analyzed and resolved while maintaining high production standards in collaboration with EMS partners. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys technical depth in industrial electronics and wants to influence the technical direction of a global smart building automation brand. You will bridge the gap between hardware development, firmware, quality, and supply chain to ensure robust, scalable, and energy-efficient building solutions.

- Experience collaborating with external manufacturing partners (EMS) is preferred
