As an IT Service Desk Specialist at BG Klinikum Hamburg, you will serve as the central interface between users and the IT department, providing essential 1st-level support for both onsite and remote employees. Your daily responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of end-user devices—from provisioning and installation to patch management and hardening—while ensuring the stability of the local IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for incident management, prioritizing and resolving hardware and software issues, and implementing security policies.
