Job Summary

The BKK Linde, a nationwide health insurance provider based in Wiesbaden, is seeking a Specialist Coordinator for Customer Feedback Management. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing incoming feedback from insured individuals, corporate clients, and business partners. This involves receiving and gathering feedback (praise, complaints, suggestions), analyzing the causes of complaints, and thoroughly investigating cases, including assessing factual quality and customer-oriented communication. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to resolve complex issues, develop action guidelines, and propose process and quality improvements. A key part of the role is creating reports and presentations for internal quality management and providing feedback to customers, aiming to retain them by highlighting the benefits of BKK Linde. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, a high degree of quality awareness, and a passion for process optimization.
