Job Summary
As a Customer Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for insured individuals and employer clients, addressing all inquiries related to health insurance. This role involves independently advising customers and partners via phone, email, and service app, aiming for a conclusive resolution in most cases, and subsequently preparing and sending necessary documents. This is not a typical call center role but focuses on providing personalized and in-depth consultations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social insurance or health insurance customer service, demonstrating empathy, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset. You will be instrumental in combining customer needs with the possibilities offered by statutory health insurance, contributing to a growing and innovative health insurance provider known for its customer-centric approach.

Education
Completed vocational training as a Social Insurance Specialist (General Health Insurance)
Experience
- • Professional experience in customer consulting regarding statutory health insurance benefits (A-Z)

Additional
- Willingness to complete the onboarding phase at one of the branch offices in Leuna, Aschaffenburg, or Wiesbaden. Participation in monthly team meetings at a branch office (1-2 times per month, approx. 2 working days each), location-based.
