A key focus is implementing and developing Data Governance and supporting the establishment of uniform data handling standards. The ideal candidate must have completed training as a Social Security Specialist focusing on General Health Insurance and possess several years of professional experience in GVK performance and insurance topics. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of IT-supported processes, interfaces, automation potential, and the ability to balance efficiency with customer orientation during process optimization.
