As a Master Technician in Communications Engineering at Amprion, you will play a vital role in maintaining the stability of Germany's power grid. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the independent maintenance and operation of telecommunications systems, ensuring compliance with occupational safety and IT security standards. You will organize on-call services, manage fault clearance measures, and plan facility projects, including material logistics and the supervision of external service providers. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in electrical, information, or telecommunications/communication technology with an additional qualification as a Master (Meister) or Technician.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the implementation of electrotechnical projects
  • Experience in the energy industry, information technology, or electrical engineering is preferred
  • Experience in protection and control technology is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in organizing on-call services and fault clearance
  • Experience in technical documentation and project supervision
