As a Project Team Assistant, you will provide critical administrative and organizational support to the production team at the LWL Museum for Art and Culture. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing office operations, coordinating schedules, and utilizing digital task-management tools to ensure efficient project workflows. You will also play a key role in volunteer coordination, event planning, and documentation management. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the municipal public service (e.g., Administrative Assistant) or a relevant three-year vocational training in fields such as Office Management, Event Management, or Legal Assistant.

Experience

  • Professional experience in public-facing projects, outreach, or volunteer coordination is preferred
  • Experience in event management or exhibition planning
  • Practical experience in file management and digital documentation systems
  • Proven experience in administrative office organization and internal/external communication
