Job Summary

This leadership role at the Municipal Pension Fund (kvw) involves managing a dedicated team of 19 employees within the IT Services, Infrastructure, and Application Operations department. You will be responsible for positioning the IT department as a high-quality service provider, overseeing the expansion of availability and continuity management, and refining Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Day-to-day, you will drive IT asset and configuration management, manage change processes, and lead service management projects.
