As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for technical issues, providing both 1st and 2nd level support through phone and in-person interactions. Your daily responsibilities include processing service requests, classifying tickets according to ITIL standards, and managing incident reports. Beyond basic troubleshooting, you will play a key role in the security infrastructure by commissioning and maintaining firewalls, proxy servers, antivirus solutions, and VPN systems. Experience
