Job Summary

This role involves joining the leadership staff of the Police Headquarters in Ludwigshafen within the Communications Technology department. You will be responsible for the planning, installation, and maintenance of diverse communication systems, including telephony, digital radio, alarm systems, and video surveillance used for police operations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing complex system malfunctions, developing technical solutions, and providing expert advice to staff on infrastructure usage. You will also define technical requirements for equipment procurement and conduct training for employees. Required Skills

Education

  • Experience in technical problem analysis and cross-system troubleshooting
  • Experience in providing technical support and user training
