Job Summary

This position is hosted within the Junior Research Group 'Quantum Critical Matter' at the Institute of Theoretical Physics, part of the prestigious Würzburg-Dresden Cluster of Excellence 'ctd.qmat'. The successful candidate will engage in high-level research focusing on novel phases and phase transitions in quantum many-body systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve investigating correlated electron systems and frustrated quantum magnets using advanced numerical or analytical many-body techniques. This role is highly collaborative, requiring interaction with both experimental and numerical research groups to advance the understanding of quantum materials.
