Job Summary
This role involves serving as the first point of contact for technical issues, where you will be responsible for receiving, categorizing, and documenting incidents within a ticketing system. Day-to-day activities include troubleshooting and resolving technical problems via email, telephone, remote access, and screen sharing. You will also maintain the internal solution wiki and escalate complex issues to 2nd-level support when necessary. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in IT infrastructure, including operating systems and networks, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in an IT support environment or helpdesk role
- Practical experience using established ticketing systems such as Remedy, ServiceNow, or Jira
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Experience working within a team-oriented service environment
