Job Summary
This role is based within the Information Technology department of the Hessian Judiciary, serving as a technical expert for media equipment in courtrooms across the region. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for defining technical requirements for courtroom technology, overseeing the implementation of media systems, and managing the technical aspects of the procurement and rollout process. You will create connection diagrams, technical reports, and operating manuals while conducting compatibility tests for new products. A unique aspect of this position is the opportunity to work for a modern public service employer, offering a high degree of flexibility with up to 60% remote work. You will act as a bridge between technical requirements and practical application, organizing workshops with external vendors and ensuring that documentation like signal flow diagrams meets high standards. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in Media Technology, Media Engineering, Media Informatics, or a related field; alternatively, equivalent proven knowledge and experience in media technology.
Experience
- Professional experience in media technology or media informatics
- Experience in technical requirement engineering and implementation monitoring
- Experience in technical testing, evaluation, and reporting
- Experience in the introduction of new media and conference technology is advantageous
- Experience with administrative or judicial workflows is preferred
