Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive support and administration of the EUREKA-Fach legal application and the electronic court file system (e²A). As a key member of the IT support team, you will provide 2nd-level technical assistance, manage system interfaces, and conduct essential software testing. Your day-to-day will also include creating technical documentation, manuals, and handouts, as well as delivering training sessions to users. The position offers a unique blend of technical IT support and judicial administration. It is particularly attractive due to its high flexibility, offering up to 60% remote work (home office) and a flexible working window between 6 AM and 8 PM. Additionally, the role provides the stability of the German public service (TV-H), including a state-wide public transport ticket and comprehensive pension benefits.
Required Skills
Education
Vocational training as a Judicial Assistant (Justizfachangestellter) or a comparable degree with an IT or legal focus.
Experience
- Professional experience in judicial administration or IT-related support roles
- Proven experience in handling specialized software applications and interfaces
- Experience in creating technical manuals and training materials
- Experience with Windows-based operating systems and database management
- Several years of equivalent skills and knowledge in a technical or legal context if no formal degree is held
