As an Outbound AI Product Manager at SAP, you will lead the development and evangelization of next-generation autonomous agent solutions for Service Management Processes and Solutions. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable product roadmaps for Agentic AI, LLM-based agents, and enterprise integrations. Your day-to-day involves defining the product vision, conducting continuous solution demonstrations, and driving adoption across the organization. This role is unique for its focus on cutting-edge Agentic AI frameworks and its impact on harmonizing SAP's global support and cloud operations. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build scalable, responsible AI products that enhance user-centric platforms. Required Skills
Education
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Engineering, Information Technology, AI, Product Management, or related fields.
Experience
- Proven professional experience in product management specifically for AI/ML, data, or technical products
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), GenAI, or autonomous/multi-agent systems
- Strong experience in project management including defining roadmaps and analytical thinking
- Experience defining success metrics, analyzing user feedback, and iterating products responsibly
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder communication across all management levels
- Experience in lead ideation, prototyping, and validation of AI agents and autonomous workflows

- Expected travel: 0 - 10%. Location: Germany (SAP). Role requires awareness of AI compliance, safety, and bias. Familiarity with cloud-native tech and enterprise SaaS preferred.
