Job Summary
This is a pivotal leadership role at CRS medical in Aßlar, where you will manage a production team of 15–20 employees focused on the assembly and testing of medical devices. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring smooth operational workflows, coordinating tasks, and actively participating in the production line when necessary, such as performing visual solder joint inspections. You will serve as a critical interface between production staff, management, and customers, driving the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and quality standards. The position offers a unique blend of technical oversight and disciplinary leadership, allowing you to shape team structures and develop employee skills. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics. IPC-A-610 certification/training is desirable.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a production environment
- Initial leadership experience in a professional setting
- Professional experience in the electrotechnical or mechatronic field
- Experience in analyzing production processes and implementing improvements
- Experience in personnel planning and conducting employee performance reviews
